The decision has been made: Due to bad weather forecast the testival needs to be postponed once more to a later date in summer.

March 22, 2013 ... the new ICARO flight suit - ICEMAN 2 - is now available. This an all year round-overall and a must for every paragliding pilot: Functional, comfortable, trendy and can be used all year round. In the cold season one wears some warm clothing underneath - in summer a short trouser and a T-Shirt is sufficient. Because of the new material "Taslan" it is wind-proof, water-repellent, breathable, hard-wearing, dries fast and is dirt-repellent... And it looks fab! Feb 25, 2013 ... picked up bits of new knowlegde at the Thermik-exhibition? Time to test fly new innovations at the Stubai-Cup. The opportunity to test our gliders and harnesses. We will be at the Stubai-Cup on Saturday and Sunday (9th and 10th March 2013).

Feb 25, 2013 Nice people - great atmosphere - interesting news- huge curiosity - the day passed far too quickly - many compliments - ICARO-concert at the booth with Thomas Langer - fantastic lecture from our designer Michael Nesler ..... these are just a few points about the Thermik-exhibition 2013.
All in all: It was a great day! Thank you very much for your visit. It was good to meet you all again and we are delighted to have met so many new people!

Jan 24, 2013 Of course we are going to be very active again this year in order to enable all pilots to test fly our innovative products. You will find us in many different areas and of course in the "Hot spots". Have a look at our event section: There you will find all testivals for 2013. The list is being updated all the time so keep looking. If a testival needs to be cancelled due to bad waether we give notice. Take the chance and test fly one of our new products - especially in the spring thermals this can be real fun! We look forward to meeting you!

We will bring along our product range and Arne will be happy to give advise. You can find us at the landing space of the flight school AirPark Montegrappa. Competition season 2012

A good competition season is finished. Unfortunately we did not manage a first place but our team pilots were successful nevertheless. And the most important: No accidents!
Our young "chick" - Théo de Blic - managed to get 5th place in his first international Acro competition and in the French ranking he even reached 3rd place. SUPER Théo - keep going!
Our German XC-pilots could achieve good results in the sports class: Uli Strasser 3rd and Werner Schütz 4th. Congratulations to both!
In Austria our team pilot Hermann Raninger also managed a 2nd place in the senior XC ...
To all pilots who fly ICARO gliders in competitions, never mind in what category: Congrats to you all - fabulous achievements, your dedication and THANK YOU for all your trust in ICARO paragliders....

ICARO paragliders - summerparty 2012
Aug 21, 2012 "..let's have a party .... " was the motto of our already well known and legendary summer party. For the thrid time we celebrated with many pilots and ICARO friends a very nice and "hot" party. Hot because the temperatures were absolutely scorching. Most comfortable it was up in the air where most pilots rescued themselves into. We had a great big cake with our logo on it and the money received for it was donated to the local Kindergarden in Kössen. We had a few small competitions where one could win nice little prices and finally an ENERGY CROSS 2 at the tombola in the end which was won by a pilot from Austria/Steiermark. Thank you for coming if you came and if you didn't please come next time - we always have a lot of fun!

"Nikita 3" Big success for Xandi - 1st place in Bejing / China
July 4, 2012 Our Austrian team pilot Xandi Meschuh won the big Acro Showevent made in Bejing / China. 2nd place Gabor Kez (Hungary) and Tafael Goberna (Brazil)made the 3rdplace. Xandi with his ICARO Nikita 3 had big success in the Synchro-competition too - together with Nicole Schmidt he got third place. Congratulation Xandi!!!

Sensational day for OLC: Distance flying at its best!

– heights up to 3.600 metres – light north wind and the sky was full of OLC-XC-pilots in Pustertal. Werner Schütz (MAVERICK 2.2) starts from Gerente (Italy) his longest flight: 236,7 km FAI-triangle in 09:08 h and this performance gets him to 3rd place in the sport class ranking. He flies with team pilot Uli Strasser (MAVERICK 2.2) and Oli Teubert. Those three lead the sports class for years now. The day starts at 09:30 am in Arnthal and goes over Grossglockner, then into the west to Ridnauntal and over Sterzing back to Brixen in order to stretch the last arm in the evening towards the East.
Werner's flight (236,7 km), Uli's flight (208,3 km) und Oli's flight (252,9 km).
Super Paragliding Testival 2012 - great days!
May 5, 2012Short and sweet: these were great days with great flyable weather, more than 4,000 launches and more than 2,000 visitors! Again the event has set up as one of the biggest aviation events of the world. Numerous female pilots and pilots used the excellent opportunity to fly the ICARO wings of the newest generation. Our test wings and harnesses were continuously in use. Thank you very much for the very good feedbacks to our gliders! The praise of our customers is our motivation and confirmation to be on the right way. It has also pleased us that our ladies' T-shirts were completely "robbed". New ones are already ordered.
Who had no time this weekend, there are still many opportunities this summer to test ICARO wings and harnesses (detailled dates on events).
Looking back the SPT was a full success. We are already looking for the SPT next year.

XC season 2012
March 08, 2012 In time for the season start our German XC-Team consisting of Uli Strasser, Werner Schütz und Bubi Herold got their new Maverick 2.2. We wish the "Edelweiss"- pilots a successful and accident-free flight season and best cross country weather. With the new team colours they will beam down from the skys -watch out- of course with the Edelweiss in the canopy. When this picture was taken Bubi had gone skiing so he is not on the photo.
